Coasters are usually kept in stock and can go out quickly.  Placemats, I keep some stock, but mostly they’re made to order and may take a couple of days to get ready.

Clocks are made to order.  This means at busy times (Christmas) it could take a few days before your clock is finished and ready to send.  Usually it’s much quicker than that, sometimes even same day, it just depends how busy I am.  Please understand that everything is made in my studio, by me, working alone.  I’m not Amazon and I can’t ship custom made things to arrive next day most of the time!

You should receive a delivery notification email with/without tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched (tracking depends if you chose Special Delivery).

If your order is a gift and is time sensitive (i.e. you left it till Thursday and need it Friday!) please choose next day delivery otherwise you may be disappointed!

BFPO (The British Forces Post Office) Deliveries

If you choose to have your goods delivered to a BFPO address please remember to enter your BFPO and code number e.g. BFPO 1234 into the postcode field. You must also select the Next Day delivery option at checkout to ensure there are no delays to your delivery. For more information click here Large orders may be subject to customs clearance, which can cause a delay to you receiving your parcel.

A signature may not always be required for delivery and if there is no one available to take delivery our carriers may attempt to leave it with a neighbour or in a safe, secure location. A card may be left to advise this to you, or to confirm that the parcel has been returned to the local depot. You can then contact them to arrange collection or to schedule a new delivery date.
